Indulge an hour dedicated to relaxation and healing at the Figge Art Museum. This event includes a guided meditation and sound bath led by the talented sound healer, Becky Nakashima Brooke. This tranquil experience will transcend you and be an ideal prelude to your evening adventures with Alternating Currents. Sound bath Pro Tip: Bring a mat to lay on - FREE eye masks will be provided when you arrive. While food and drinks are not permitted in the museum, fret not- there will be plenty of choices awaiting you at the festivities following the session.

Founded in 2017 by the Downtown Davenport Partnership (DDP), Alternating Currents is a free, multi-day festival powered by DDP in collaboration with placemaking partners Downtown Bettendorf Organization and Rock Island Downtown Alliance. With hundreds of events spanning music, film, comedy, and visual art, AC transforms downtown spaces into creative playgrounds for all.
