Welcome to our monthly Benefit Sound Bath Series! My mission behind creating this series is to bring more peace to the community and to the world. It is designed to fill you with serenity, and healing that you can spread throughout your community, while at the same time helping create positive change throughout the world by helping nonprofit organizations achieve their goals.This month, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Hale Kipa, an organization that has been walking alongside Hawaii’s youth since 1970. Our youth are our future, and they deserve to thrive! Hale Kipa specializes in working with at-risk youth, and their families who often have nowhere else to turn. They work with public agencies, and private organizations to provide outreach, residential, and foster care services at no cost. They also operate emergency shelters for at-risk youth, including those who are homeless or who have been trafficked; and provide educational, vocational, and mental health services for youth. Hale Kipa’s program goals include stabilizing young people in crisis and helping youth and families build resiliency to experience success in their lives. Thank you for your support!
This Restorative Yoga/Sound Healing event is designed to help reach a state of peace, comfort, and rejuvenation.
During the first half of class, Ally will guide you through a 40 minute restorative yoga class where you will be supported with props (blocks, blanket and bolsters), all set to the meditative sounds of the crystal singing bowls. Restorative yoga is a beautiful compliment to sound healing as it helps you activate your parasympathetic nervous system that will let you rest and digest. Postures will be held for 5+ minutes to fully enjoy these passive asanas and to focus on your breath.
During the second half of the class Bryan will immerse you in a musical sound journey with the crystal singing bowls. Bryan’s unique approach to sound healing incorporates his training in classical music to create a beautiful, flowing soundscape. Every session becomes a brand new composition, designed to help you reach deeper, and deeper states of relaxation, and meditation. This music will guide you into a state where deep healing, and rest occurs. You will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, restored, and peaceful.
