At the heart of modern sound healing are instruments like crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and energy chimes - each offering distinct vibrations and resonances believed to foster well-being and inner balance.
Unlike traditional musical instruments designed for melody and rhythm, sound healing tools are crafted to produce pure, sustained tones and gentle overtones. These sounds interact with the human energy field, offering relaxation, stress reduction, and in some cases deep meditative states.
