Join us for a deeply restorative session that blends the power of sound healing with the gentle support of somatic touch. This experience is designed to help your body and mind release tension, settle into ease, and reconnect with balance.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing uses vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to guide your nervous system into a state of calm. The resonant tones encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress, and can promote clarity, grounding, and emotional release.
What is Somatic Touch?
Somatic touch is a gentle, supportive form of physical contact that helps bring awareness back into the body. It encourages the nervous system to soften, offering feelings of safety, grounding, and connection. When combined with sound, it enhances relaxation and supports a deeper sense of wholeness.
What to Bring & How to Prepare
Bring a pillow and/or blanket for comfort, dress in cozy clothing, and allow yourself to fully relax. You’ll be invited to rest comfortably as you are guided through an immersive journey of sound and touch.
