Sound Healing & Transformational Breathwork WorkshopJoin us for a deeply restorative and activating experience that weaves together the power of sound healing and transformational breathwork.
This immersive workshop is designed to help you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner clarity. Through guided transformational breathwork, you’ll gently open the body’s energetic pathways, allowing stuck emotions, stress, and old patterns to surface and move with compassion and awareness.
As the breath deepens and expands your inner landscape, you’ll be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and other sacred instruments. Sound works at a cellular level, supporting emotional release, grounding the body, and guiding you into profound states of relaxation and insight.

Inner Stillness Healing is a Singer, Energy and Intuitive Sound Healer and Shamanic Practitioner. She offers Sound Immersion Journey's combining her voice with sacred instruments. She has practiced in the Healing Arts field for more than 10 years leading Sound, Shamanism and Energy Healing Workshops.
