The combination of singing bowls and voice helps the brain to enter a theta wave state, helping you surrender into the present moment as actively aware yet completely relaxed. Sound Healing with Olivia is on the second Saturday of every month, immediately following 10:00am yoga with Tina for those who want an extra boost to their day. Both classes are covered by the $15 fee!
