Did you know being around horses is therapeutic for the mind and soul?About this Event
In this class we will practice somatic breathwork, meditation, and be led through yoga nidra (yoga sleep), with soothing sounds from the Tibetan sound bowls, while being in the presence of horses.
Participants will be laying in Zero Gravity chairs during this class.
Class led by Tami Blake, a certified equine assisted coach.
