Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls Level 1

An introductory course to the use of Himalayan singing bowls and other vibrational instruments in a sound therapy practice.

Wednesday-Thursday • January 27th-28th 9:30am - 5pm

The Level 1 Sound Healing Course is designed as an introduction to the practice of sound therapy utilizing 1 & 2 bowl methods as taught by the Atma Buti® Sound & Vibrational School based in Boulder, CO.

In this course, you will explore:

• The history of Himalayan singing bowls.
• The use of Himalayan bowls in sound therapy.
• How to use the bowls according to the Himalayan and Vedic Chakra systems.
• The use of other sound instruments such as the tingsha, bells, manakaman bowl and more.
• The overall goal of this introductory course is to give you the ability to use vibrational healing modalities with clients in a supportive and therapeutic manner.

Lunch

Info: Lunch break - there are local venues for eating out or take the time to relax onsite at the Restoration Room's beautiful property, which we have exclusive access to all day!

Practical Application

Info: Practical application of the Himalayan singing bowls as utilized in a sound therapy session. We will use the bowls on and around the body in practice sessions.
