Bring a yoga mat to lie on, neck or knee pillow, blanket, and warm socks :)and whatever else can make you lie down comfortably for an hour.

Experience the transformative power of genuine crystal singing sound bowls, koshi chime, bells, and South American rainstick in this one blissful hour of serenity.

Sound healing is amazing for those seeking to quiet the mind, destress, ease anxiety and/or depression, heal anger, shame or guilt. Helpful for grief as well.

I am Irina, an experienced practitioner, with many years of guiding humans through sound journeys to help enter into a space of rejuvenation and healing.

We will deepen your intentions as we settle into our hearts, moving away from the mind. These healing frequencies will activate your body’s natural system of self-healing at a cellular level.

PLEASE arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to settle in. The class duration is ONE hour.

It is recommended for those who regularly attend sound healing sessions (sound baths/sound meditations) and understand its esoteric nature—and those who have never experienced it before and just want to unwind in a deeper way.
