Hello there! I’m Carissa McClellan, and my journey into sound healing started in late 2020, as a personal quest for a holistic approach to my overall well-being and mental health. As life presented its challenges, I found myself seeking internal peace. It was during this exploration that I stumbled upon the effects of frequencies on the mind, body, and soul. I discovered how these vibrations can release energy and bring deep relaxation. Sound practices and meditation quickly became a part of my daily morning routine for my personal growth. With encouragement from a supportive friend and mentor, I am now excited to share my new-found passion and inspire others on their own paths of self-discovery through mindfulness and sounds with workshops or one-on-one sessions. I invite you to join me on this journey of healing with frequencies and mindfulness.
What to Wear: Comfortable Attire, wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement and relaxation. What to bring: Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to sit or lie on comfortably during the session. Water bottle is also encouraged. (Optional Eye Mask or Cover: Some participants prefer to enhance their experience by using an eye mask or covering their eyes to create a more introspective atmosphere.) How to Arrive: Approach the session with an open mind and set intentions for relaxation, stress relief, or any personal goals you may have for the experience. Be present in the moment and focus on the sounds as they guide you. Mindful breathing can also enhance the experience. Remember, the most important aspect is to come with an open heart and a willingness to embrace the therapeutic benefits of the sound bath.
