Slow down, relax, and restore with us in the studio at our signature "Sound Healing Sunday" event! This is a special monthly collaboration that provides a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you unwind at the end of the month and reset as we head into the new month ahead.This restorative, full-body sound immersion uses crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, along with other harmonic instruments to soothe the nervous system, melt away stress, and support your body's natural healing process.
This session is designed to:
- Encourage deep rest and stress relief
- Support self-discovery and inner balance
- Promote a sense of peace and well-being
Take a break from the busy-ness of life, settle into stillness, and let the healing frequencies guide you back to balance. This is a truly peaceful way to restore and reset for the week and month ahead.
Details:
$25 per person
Mats, blankets, and bolsters are available at the studio if needed.
