You're invited to Yoga Om's Healing's Winter Solstice Elevated Sound Bath and Meditation. This is the time of the year where we get the most pristine crystalline energy the most. We will begin a circle to set our intentions and move on with a breathing practices then lay back, relax and let Drums, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes and Rainstick wash over you and receive your Reiki as we move very slow through different yin postures. Bring an open heart and positive intentions to create a comfortable space for healing vibrations.
