What is sound healing?
Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
Ideally, a hypnotic, meditative or theta brainwave state is created which allows access to deeper levels of consciousness, inner wisdom and healing.
A sound healing treatment is performed using music or other sounds that you listen to while lying down or comfortably seated. Focusing on these soothing vibrations helps you relax and release stress, anxiety, and tension, enabling your body to feel re-energised and rejuvenated😁🙏💚🎶🎵
What do you need to bring?
- extra layers of clothing for all weather
- yoga mat
- blanket and pillow
- you may wish to bring a drink
Parking is available in lower car park next to cafe and we will only be short walk away😁

Spaces will be limited to 20 for the Sound Bath Session, but if you woukd like to join us round the fire for some drumming, singing, laughter, oh ..... and marshmallows, please feel free to join us.
