Sound Healing - NURTURE Sound Bath with Romy

Reset your nervous system with soothing sound. When gentle sounds are offered during relaxation the mind attaches to the sound and is able to drop more deeper into stillness than when there is silence.

You're invited to join an intimate group in a candle lit studio on Wednesday 28th January for a night of self-care and repair.

This Sound Bath is about arriving, connecting to yourself, feeling comfortable & supported so you can rest & repair. The Sound Journey is designed to calm the mind & body and help you return back to your natural balance and harmony.

The singing bowls I will be playing are made with 7 different metals representing the 7 planets. The combination of metals determines the quality of vibration and the sound of the bowl. The bowls also carry a small piece of an old metal to represent the carrier of ancient knowledge.

These bowls are said to create Cosmic Sound. The reason we love the sound and feelings of these singing bowls is they create a particular sound that reminds us of our origins, we feel familiar, safe, comforted and one with the Sound.

Held in a private studio in St Kilda East set in nature, upon booking, the address will be sent to you via email. The group size is limited to 14 people. The sounds bounce off the wall surfaces creating an immersive sound experience. Due to uneven stepping stones, this event is not suitable for those who are mobility impaired or heavily pregnant.

You are welcome to arrive anytime from 7.20pm to settle into your spot. The gate is locked at 7.40pm when sound begins.

All mats, blankets, pillows & bolsters are provided.
