Come and join Stephen on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Stephen is a retired veteran who uses the tool of Sound to help him after he retired from the military. In his quest of using sound he realized he loved sharing sound to help others and now we are very blessed to have him at Everything Just Rocks. Stephen knows from personal experience that a sound bath is a relaxing and immersive experience that uses sound and vibration to promote wellness and healing. Sound baths can help people reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, as well as improve mood, sleep, and creativity. Sound baths are becoming more popular as a form of alternative therapy and meditation, especially among people who are looking for natural and holistic ways to improve their health and well-being.
Join Stephen from 6:30-8 every 3rd Tuesday evening.
