This class is for you.Sound Healing Meditation is a gentle, welcoming experience designed especially for those who feel they “can’t sit still,” “have too many thoughts,” or “just don’t get meditation.” There’s no pressure to empty your mind or do anything perfectly.
We begin with simple, guided meditation techniques—such as breath awareness, gentle visualization, and mindfulness—that are easy to follow, even for the busiest minds. Then, we transition into a restorative sound bath using instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and handpans to help your body relax and your mind naturally settle. The soothing vibrations support your nervous system, allowing you to release stress and drop into a deeper state of calm—no effort required. No experience needed. All experience levels will benefit from the synergy of group practice and community.
