Sound Meditation: Healing from the Root Chakra Balancing Series, Throat Chakra

Join us at Abundant Space on Friday, 11/7 from 6-7pm for a transformative in-person event! This event focuses on healing and balancing your throat chakra through the power of sound meditation with various instruments including crystal singing bowls.

During this event, you'll have the opportunity to relax, release stress, and restore harmony to your throat chakra. The throat chakra is associated with truth, freedom, and expression. By clearing any blockages in this energy center, you can enhance your overall well-being.

We begin with light journaling before getting comfortable and enjoying the sound healing meditation. All you need to do is show up and be open to the vibrations and sounds!

We heal from the root up, and these events are designed to honor each aspect of ourselves, to release what no longer serves us, and to set intentions for our present lives.
