Join us at Abundant Space for this extra special event focused on healing and balancing your heart chakra through the power of sound meditation. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls. Along with sound healing, we will have chocolate, flowers, and journal loving thoughts. Lay back, relax, and cultivate love and joy!

During this event, you'll have the opportunity to relax, release stress, and restore harmony to your heart chakra. The heart chakra is associated with love, compassion, trust and gratitude. By clearing any blockages in this energy center, our inner harmony can be restored as we rebuild trust within ourselves, feel connected to ourselves, and receive and give love with intention and ease. This event is especially for anyone experiencing heartache or who may feel blocked from receiving the love we all deserve to feel, as well as those who have an abundance of loving energy to cultivate and share.

This event is on Friday, 10/24 at 6-7pm at Abundant Space. We heal from the root up, and this event was curated with intention to honor each aspect of ourselves and our hearts, to release what no longer serves us, and to set intentions for our present lives.
