This afternoon, facilitated by Susan Bugg, aspires to rejuvenate the soul and offer peace of mind. Absorb the beautiful sounds of the crystal and Tibetan bowls along with soothing percussion instruments, blended with relaxing background music.
The afternoon includes a meditation, followed by hands-on healing or an aura energy upliftment if required.
Seating is provided but please feel free to bring along yoga mats, rugs and cushions/pillows if you would like to lay on the floor.
Entry is a $10 donation that goes towards the upkeep of St John's Spiritual Church.
Please arrive early and be settled in good time for the commencement.
