Hello beautiful souls ? beginning July 8th and every Monday for the summer , I am offering a crystal singing bowl meditation class at the Nepean School of Music here in Barrhaven with proceeds going to the Barrhaven Food Cupboard! Come relax and support a good cause ! All ages are welcome. Sound healing promotes peace and can ease anxiety and stress. It boosts your mood and can uplift you emotionally ?
Join me on Mondays for an evening of relaxation. This class is by donation with a suggestion of $25 minimum. But pay what you can afford ?

Things to bring :
Please wear comfy clothing
Yoga mat
Blanket
Pillows for your comfort
Please arrive no earlier than 6:45pm and no later than 7:00pm
Please note, there are couches and some chairs should you prefer to sit.
