Quiet your mind and release old physical and energetic patterns with this amazing Sound Healing Meditation using Himalayan Singing Bowls. The use of Himalayan Singing Bowls, allows for healing pathways to open and stuck energy to be released. Find your inner calm and walk away feeling refreshed and renewed. A bowl with warm water will be placed on your body and played to further relax you. Please wear clothing without any buttons, zippers, belts or snaps. The group is kept small so each person can experience the healing on a personal level. A full-body cushion covered in plastic with a yoga mat on top will be provided. Please bring your own pillows, blankets, eye masks with you.
