This afternoon, facilitated by Susan Bugg, aspires to rejuvenate the soul and offer peace of mind. Absorb the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls and soothing percussion instruments, blended with relaxing background music.
The afternoon includes a meditation, followed by hands on healing or an aura energy upliftment if required.
Seating is provided but please feel free to bring along your yoga mats, rugs and cushions/pillows if you wish. It is also advisable to bring along a bottle of water.
Entry is a $10 donation which goes towards the upkeep of St John's Spiritual Church.
Please arrive early and be settled in good time for the commencement.
