Sound Healing Level 1

Step into the world of Sound Healing with this immersive Level 1 Certified Training designed for beginners, Reiki Practitioners, Yoga Teachers, Pilates Instructors, Holistic Therapists and anyone feeling called to work with sound.

Over this powerful weekend training, you will explore how therapeutic sound can support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation while learning how to confidently use sound healing instruments in a professional and grounded way.

During the course you will:
• Learn how to perform a Sound Healing 1:1 session
• Explore Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Alchemy Bowls, Drum, Chimes and other therapeutic instruments
• Learn when and how to use different instruments
• Experience hands-on practical training
• Understand the foundations of therapeutic sound and vibration
• Learn how sound can support deep relaxation and emotional release
• Build confidence working with clients and holding space professionally

This training is suitable for complete beginners as well as existing wellness practitioners wanting to integrate sound into their current offerings.

Upon completion you will receive a Certified Sound Healing Level 1 Certificate.
