SOUND HEALING JOURNEY with Rob Newmans

Everything around us is made up of vibrations, including the human body.

We will set the mood with some help from mother nature herself, diffusing essential oils and using them to relax the mind, body and soul.

We'll then move through some relaxing exercises and then settle into a comfortable position. You will then be lead by a series of sacred instruments designed to take you on a blissful journey of sound, vibration and frequency.

We use these sounds and vibrations to slow down your brain waves and to release energetic blockages within the body. The body is made up largely of water which is a great conductor for sound vibration. The goal is to realign the cells of the body and to synchronize the frequency of the sound with the brain waves.

So that you are healing on both a physical and mental level. Some of the benefits you can expect, include: lower stress and anxiety, help curve mood swings and depression, even lower blood pressure and help to improve sleep.

Rob's journey into sound and vibration started after attending a couple of sound healing events. He instantly fell in love with the feeling of balance and harmony within his body as the vibrations realigned and cleared energy blockages, putting him into a state of relaxation that he hadn’t found anywhere else.

He decided to pick up a couple of alchemy singing bowls to play for family, friends and himself. Since then he has spent about 8 years collecting and cultivating vibrational instruments such as chimes, gong, didgeridoo, flute and many more. Rob has curated sounds for yoga classes, Thai and Vibe events, ceremonies, festivals as well as personal group and private healing sessions.

His passion and dedication to this art form serves the mental and physical health and wellness of our community.
