Sound Healing Journey

You deserve to relax, release what no longer is serving you, and recieve divine healing. This healing session will begin with a guided mediation and some light breath work to settle you in, followed with an hour of sound healing. I will use my voice, crystal sound bowls, and other healing instruments to create a space in which your body, mind, and spirit may rest and heal.

Mats are provided, but please bring any extra props that will help you be comfortable for our hour session. I suggest a pillow, blanket, and eye mask. All optional 😊
