Join us for an in-person experience where you’ll dive deep into the world of Himalayan sound healing. Get hands-on with authentic Himalayan bowls and discover their calming, restorative power. Learn the history, the technique and the beginnings of a practice you can carry home with you. Bring good vibes and an open mind for a healing journey you won’t forget!

- How to strike and rim a bowl to produce a clean, sustained tone
- Foundational techniques to use on yourself or with others
- Guided hands-on practice with time for questions
What Should I Bring?
Please bring a yoga mat and a comfortable cushion to sit on. This workshop will include seated portions, so we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible.
If sitting on the floor is difficult or not accessible for you, please let us know ahead of time so we can make appropriate seating arrangements.
Meet Tomoko Mays
With a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music, a Master’s and PhD in Integrative Medicine, and certifications in Sound Healing, HeartMath®, PSYCH-K®, Reiki, Qi Gong, and Holistic Health Coaching, Tomoko moves with fluency between the realms of science and spirit. Her work is also enriched by more than 20 years in clinical research across respiratory, oncology, hematology, and CNS therapeutic areas bringing precision and depth to her intuitive practice.
