Sound Healing for Working Professionals is a guided group sound bath at Harmony Haaven, HSR Layout, where certified sound therapist Ritu Pherwani uses Tibetan singing bowls and handpan instruments to help your nervous system deeply relax.

You don`t meditate. You don`t do yoga. You just lie down and let the sound do the work.
