Have you ever wondered why certain sounds seem to settle something in your body — or why humming along to a song can shift your mood in an instant? There's science behind that, and in this workshop, we're going to use it intentionally.
Sound Healing Foundations is a two-part experiential series where you'll learn to use your own voice and tuning forks as practical tools for self-regulation and healing. No musical experience needed.
Across two 2-hour sessions you'll experience:
🔹 Humming & vowel toning for nervous system regulation
🔹 Mantra practice — including the powerful 9-9-9 method
🔹 Hands-on work with C, G, Om & 128 Hz tuning forks
🔹 An integration sequence layering voice & forks together
🔹 Your own personalized daily practice to take home
This workshop welcomes complete beginners as well as anyone already working with sound or wellness practices. Bring your tuning forks if you have them, try out the ones that Jodi has, or purchase some of your own (Jodi will be happy to provide recommendations!)
