This nurturing Sound Healing Workshop offers a gentle opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the calming effects of therapeutic sound in a supportive and welcoming environment.
During the evening, you'll be immersed in a 60-minute sound bath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums and other healing instruments. The soothing vibrations and frequencies are designed to help calm the nervous system, release stress and tension, quiet the mind, and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.
Whether you're completely new to sound healing or have experienced it before, this event is suitable for everyone. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the gift of stillness and self-care.
