You’ll be guided through a relaxing sound journey using gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments. No prior experience is needed—just come to unwind, recharge, and harmonize with winter’s energy.
Things to know:
• All mats, hammocks, and pillows provided.
• Wear comfortable clothing, take your blankets, water
