Join us for an hour long Sound Bath utilizing 440 HZ & 432 HZ frequencies. During the class we discuss the benefit of sound frequencies and how it can help regulate our nervous systems. $15
Wear comfortable clothes and bring anything to aid in your comfort! Drink lots & lots of water!
