Sound Healing is a form of Sound Therapies:
Sound healing is a restorative practice that supports wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Estelle is a qualified sound healer, accredited with the IICT, who focuses on grounding practices and uses a variety of instruments, including pure quartz Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, gongs, Koshi chimes and more. The pure vibrational frequency of these instruments helps to attain a meditative, deeper state of consciousness, and brings balance, harmony and calm.
Join Estelle Amelia on the First Sunday of every month (2024). Starting on Sunday, May 5th, at 6:00pm to 7:00pm for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Time and location:
6pm to 7pm at Even Flow Lifestyle Medicine. Unit 3/102 Clifton Crescent, Mt Lawley.
Free parking outside the studio. Additionally, free parking is also available at Brear Park, accessible from both the Central Ave and Fifth Ave entrances.
What to bring:
Just bring yourself, everything supplied.
