Welcome to take part of this unique event where sound healing meets the breathwork!How we breathe has a direct impact on the human physiology.
Whether that be energy production, circulatory system, heart rate, hormone production, metabolic system, composition of the blood.
Sound healing is much the same. Our bodies react in varying ways to frequencies of sound and it can have a calming, healing, invigorating or energizing effect on the cells of the body.
When we combine breathing and sound healing, there is an amazing potential to be able to explore the body, mind and soul. Breathing and breathwork represents a gateway to alter and influence the experience of sound healing.
On that note, we are super excited and proud to be able to offer an amazing experience of exploration inside of a brand new event named: Sound Healing Breathwork.
In this unique experience, you will be guided expertly through breathing rates and rhythms that will enhance the sound healing journey like never before.
The sound healing will deepen your connection to the breath and the breath will deepen the impact and possibility of the sound journey - like a beautiful dance between the two.
This is going to be an amazingly beautiful experience, one not to be missed!

Leigh Ewin is a breathwork educator and facilitator. He has many years experience sharing his love for the breath with thousands of people globally. Leigh has trained alongside many of the modern day experts yet he also has his own voice and flair within the space, creating his own protocols and merging traditional and ancient wisdom with modern day science and understanding.

Bring your own yoga mat, for added comfort you can also bring your own blanket, something to cover your eyes from light, pillow and above all a bottle of water. Take with you casual and comfortable clothes.
