This 2-hour workshop is open to everyone—no experience needed. Whether you’re new to sound healing or just curious to learn more, this session is a relaxed, hands-on introduction to the power of sound.

We’ll begin with a simple, accessible overview of sound healing—how and why it works, and what people often experience during sound baths.

Then you’ll spend the rest of the session exploring a range of beautiful instruments, including singing bowls, chimes, and more. You’ll get to try them out, play, and connect with your own sound. Sare can even assist you in choosing and ordering your first singing bowl if you are looking to buy your own.
