A sound bath with crystal singing bowls and Yoga Nidra is a deeply immersive and rejuvenating experience that combines the therapeutic qualities of sound healing with the profound relaxation of guided meditation. Participants are invited to lie down in a comfortable position as they embark on a journey of profound relaxation and inner exploration.
The session begins with a brief introduction to set the intention for the practice, followed by a gentle warm-up and breathwork to prepare the body and mind. Once settled, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls are played, filling the space with harmonic vibrations that resonate through the body. These pure and resonant sounds are believed to help balance the energy centers, or chakras, and promote a sense of harmony and well-being.
As the crystal singing bowls continue to sound, a guided Yoga Nidra meditation unfolds. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a state of conscious relaxation that guides participants through a systematic journey of body and breath awareness, visualization, and deep relaxation.
