Sound Healing & Hypnotherapy ROOT CHAKRA FOCUS

We often find ourselves repeating patterns of behaviours/experiences or same type of relationships. That is due to unprocessed emotional patterns and a lack of "groundedness" within our core essence.

Ground chakra is associated with the element of Earth, symbolising the densest grade of manifestation and the basis of life.

When we are grounded, we are at one with life and this chakra’s functions as intended. We enter into a sympathetic vibration with the electromagnetic frequency of the Earth coming into tune wit the beat of the heart.

This Chakra is also closely associated with returning karma the sum of our experiences from previous existences. All this experiences are there for us to learn from and serve as an opportunity for growth.

In this session we will be teaching the body its core essence of existence and the ability to ground and submit unwanted emotions back to the Earth.

Sound healing is a practice that uses harmonic vibrations to harmonise brainwaves: combining sound therapy with hypnotherapy and other healing modalities, we achieve distressing, brain fog removal and a deeper meditative state.

Hypnotherapy is a completely safe method allowing a deeper connection within our selves elevating the effects of sound therapy.

Hand in hand it is an incredible combination.

The session will start with a light grounding meditation, followed by carefully selected sound journey frequencies activating your root chakra, sealing the session with hypnotherapy/NLP and shamanic approaches which will deepen your experience.

This workshop is very attentive, individually tailored for everyone to have an amazing experience.

There will be a window of 15 mins before and after the 75mins session addressing your own personal concerns and questions.
