Join us for an evening of Sound Healing & Meditation at A Sacred Sanctuary a Wellness & Retreat Center that was built with the Soul intention of healing, love, raising consciousness & assisting the Ascension path.In the last century, Edgar Cayce predicted that the medicine of the future would be sound. Sound Healing can be traced back 40,000 years. In ancient times, it was thought to promote relaxation and ward off evil spirits. In modern times, research shows that healing sounds and music are linked to many benefits, such as lowering stress, boosting immune function, reducing digestive issues, and balancing the nervous system—all of which ancient cultures knew instinctively.
Sound healing uses specific frequencies to balance the nervous system, enabling it to counter chronic overwhelm and anxiety. Specific frequencies entrain the brain so that it falls into sync with the sound wave, calming your mind and bringing you back to balance.
The vibrations of sound healing instruments penetrate deep into the tissues and bones, improving blood circulation and metabolism and regulating muscle tension.

We will meditate for clarity, journal our reflections and trust the intuitive guidance received during a full sound journey using multiple 432 hertz sound healing instruments that activate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to truly rest, release stress and long held tension thus guiding you back to a natural blissful state of homeostasis.
Here at A Sacred Sanctuary, we use instruments that are 432 hertz such as the Native American flute, hand pan drum, shamanic drum, crystal bowls, tuning forks, gong and over 30 types of other instruments designed to alleviate stress, tension in the body and that induce feelings of euphoria, peace, and relaxation.
