Sound Healing & Acudetox

This is the 1st of 5 session series where we will focus on each acupuncture point from the NADA protocol. This week we will focus on the Shen Men, also known as the 'spirit gate', and dive deeper into connecting with things that are bigger than ourselves.

Join Untethered Heart for a restorative evening where you will receive auricular acupuncture to assist with addressing and removing emotional blocks, regulating your sympathetic nervous system and opening the door for our brains to drop into theta, a dream-like state.

The crystal sound bowls are attuned to the vibration of nature (432hz) and will guide your inner journey as you release stress, magnify your intentions and access a state of peace and tranquility.

The duality of the grounding acupuncture with the high vibrational frequencies provides the perfect combination to work through emotional challenges & release what is no longer serving you. You can expect to leave this experience with a sense of relief, a strengthened ability to navigate challenging experiences, feelings of connectedness, emotional clarity, and the ability to secrete more melatonin and have a full sleep cycle.

Please arrive on time, as we will begin the class right at 6:30pm. Drink plenty of water in advance to enhance the healing effects of the sound frequencies . Yoga mats, bolsters, and a blanket will be provided at the venue, but you are welcome to bring anything else to enhance your comfort.

If you cancel outside of the 72 hour window you will be given a full refund and/or credit for a future event.
