Relax on your mat comfortably, as you are bathed in the frequencies of the sound bowls. Then enjoy the chimes being played over your body, with intuitively chosen notes specific to your needs.

Sound baths are a full-body, immersive experience that allows for deep relaxation. The vibrational frequencies of the singing bowls and chimes align with energetic centers in the body and can improve anxiety, depression, sleep, blood pressure, mood, stress levels, chronic pain, and help regulate your nervous system.
