Sound Healing - An Immersive and Intimate Experience (London - Vauxhall)

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of deep rest, stillness, and calm.

Come and unwind and rejuvenate with our immersive sound healing experience. Tickets are intentionally priced at £10 (plus booking fee) to keep this space accessible to all during the pilot phase. We aim to provide a calming and healing space to all that need it, at an affordable price.

Embrace the Power of Sound

This sound healing session is an immersive, full-body listening experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently guide you into a meditative state. Sound healing works on a subtle yet powerful level, using vibration and frequency to support relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.

As you lie down comfortably, waves of sound from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs and chimes wash over you, inviting your body to soften and your thoughts to slow.

No experience is required. There is nothing you need to do — simply arrive, lie back, and receive. Give yourself permission to pause, allow the sound to do the work, leave feeling reset, balanced, and restored.

Doors opens 6.30pm - sound healing session commences at 6.45pm promptly and ends 7.30pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins. Late entry may not be permitted and no refunds given.

Spaces are limited to preserve the quality of the experience.

What to Wear

Wear loose, comfortable clothes that you can fully relax in.

What to Bring

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you can bring your own. Please bring a pillow or two if you want to feel supported and cosier.

You are welcome to bring extra appropriate items that will make you feel more comfortable when lying down.

Health Considerations

Though sound healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice, it may not be suitable for everyone.

Not suitable for:

• Severe mental health conditions
• Sound-induced epilepsy
• Individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy

• Cardiac or brain implants
• Tinnitus or heightened sensitivity to sound

By joining a session, you acknowledge that you’re participating at your own discretion and take full responsibility for your well-being.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend due to a medical or proven emergency, please get in touch with us to discuss your options. We will not issue refunds to latecomers and entry will be denied.
