Through clear instruction and hands-on practice, you’ll learn essential techniques - breathwork, toning, basic instrument use (singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks), and simple grounding rituals - to support emotional balance and energetic clarity.What to expect:
- Guided lessons on how sound affects the body and nervous system
- Practical tools you can use at home for self-care and stress reduction
- A live, group sound session to experience deep relaxation and subtle energetic shifts
- Time for questions, reflection, and simple take-home exercises
Who it’s for:
Beginners and curious seekers interested in holistic self-care, mindfulness, or complementary wellness tools. No prior musical experience required.
Logistics:
Date & Time : 5/31 10AM-4PM
Bring a Journal, a pen and a water bottle. Lunch is not provided but we have a fridge & microwave for your use. There are also several restaurants close by to grab food from. Comfortable clothing recommended. Late entry is not allowed.
