Have you ever left a sound bath and wondered how someone learns to actually do this?
Sound Healing 101 is a hands-on introduction to the foundations of sound healing and what it looks like to lead a sound bath of your own someday. We'll cover the basics of sound and vibration, how chakras relate to sound, and how to set sacred space before anyone walks through the door. Then we get hands-on: you'll practice playing crystal singing bowls, learn Amy's formula for leading a full session start to finish, and take a turn leading the group yourself in a practice circle.
No instruments needed, I'll have plenty of bowls for everyone to work with. Just bring a water bottle, a journal, and yourself.
This isn't a certification. It's not everything you'll ever need to know. It's a starting point, exactly like the name says. Some of you will leave with a deeper appreciation for the next sound bath you attend. Others will leave with the first steps toward leading one. Both are welcome here.
Spots are limited to 9 so everyone gets real hands-on time with me throughout the day.
