Experience deep relaxation and grounding at our weekly **Sound and Ground** class, where soothing sound healing meets the calming embrace of weighted blankets. In this 45 minute session, you'll be immersed in healing frequencies designed to release tension and quiet the mind, while the gentle weight of the blankets enhances your sense of comfort and stability. Open to all, this class offers a space to reconnect with yourself and find peace in the present moment. Join us for this love donation-based offering and leave feeling centered, restored, and grounded.

This class is lovingly facilitated by Jake Hahne from March-December and by sound specialist, Jessica Rule from December until March. There will be no class 12/25.
