Step into The Sound Garden — a creative space where families can explore the calming, curious, and totally cool world of sound meditation. Whether you're new to mindfulness or just love trying something different, this program offers a fun, low-pressure way to chill out, tune in, and connect. Led by Amy from Studio 13, this interactive experience invites you to play with a unique mix of instruments from around the globe, including:
● Singing bowls that hum with peaceful tones
● Ocean drums that sound like crashing waves
● Pakistani cattle bells with bright, shimmering rings
● Frame drums, gongs, chimes, and more!
Together, you’ll:
Learn how sound affects your focus, mood, and energy
Experiment with rhythm, vibration, and tone
Make sounds that mimic nature — from whale songs to wind
Work as a group to create your own meditative soundscape
Come Curious, Leave Connected.
