Sound Dreaming is a 90-minute immersive soundscape experience that infuses Sacred Sounds with restorative Pranayama breathing techniques, to create a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.
In this experience, you are invited to slow down and step away from the activity of day-to-day life and return to a state of pure being and presence.
Guided by soothing music and spoken word, we journey into a deep meditative state and enter into a dream-like state of restfulness, creativity and inner exploration.

When we enter into a restful, dream-like state many things are possible
✧ On the physical level, profound restoration and healing can take place.
✧ On the level of the mind, we experience greater clarity and stillness, or simply allow our mind to wander freely and dream.
✧ On the level of our spirit, energy blockages may dissolve, allowing life-force energy to flow freely through our bodies.

Music and sacred sounds serve as powerful vibrational medicine, harmonising and rebalancing our internal state.
Pranayama and deep breathing helps shift us into a state of peace and inner tranquility.
Sound Dreaming is an inner journey - a gentle invitation to slow down, rest and reconnect.

- About your facilitator -
Simon Kurietā is a multi-instrumentalist who creates transformative healing spaces through music and sacred world sounds. Calling upon the sounds of the handpan, didgeridoo, bowls and flutes, as well as atmospheric and organic sounds and voice, he creates intuitive music through improvisation and layered looping. His intention is to create beautiful music that uplifts and inspires, offering an authentic and supportive space for meditation and deep inner journeys.

Sound Dreaming is an opportunity to be fully present with where you are on your life’s journey, and to move through blockages, feelings of stress, overwhelm or tension and ground into a state of peace, relaxation and inner balance.

✧ Avoid caffeine 4 hours before
✧ Eat a light meal
✧ Wear comfortable clothes
✧ Bring a bottle of water
✧ Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own
✧ Optional: Pillow and eye-mask
Please note: Sound Dreaming is suitable for people of all experience levels. Whether you are new to Sacred Sounds and Pranayama or have explored these practices before, we will create a welcoming and supportive environment for you to experience Sound Dreaming.
