🔔 Sound meditation 🔔 utilizes the power of overtone-emitting instruments to bring gentle relief to the nervous system and encourage deeply meditative states.
Bring what fluffy cozy things you need to feel comfortable laying on the ground for the session (mats, pillows, blankets, eye masks etc). Exchange is $35. Please let us know if you have any special needs, requests, or questions for the session with Dana. Cash preferred; Venmo accepted.
