Sound Bowl Saturdays at Casa Medicina / Tangled Root Botanicals

Join us at Casa Medicina for a a grounding hour of sound, stillness, and nervous system restoration. Sound Bowl Saturdays are weekly opportunities to step away from the noise of the week and enter a space of deep rest and recalibration.
During these sessions, participants will be guided into a relaxed state while crystal singing bowls and resonant sound frequencies move through the room. These vibrations help settle the nervous system, encourage mental clarity and support the system, and support the body's natural ability to release tension and stress.
No experience is necessary. Simply arrive, settle in, and allow the sound to do the work.
