Born and raised in Washington DC, from a young age, Lindsay Mitchiner has been passionate about empowering and uplifting those around her. Lindsay is dedicated to offering multiculturally competent mental health services to individuals, families and communities.

Lindsay has demonstrated her commitment to supporting strengths based approaches to wellness over the last decade. Numerous organizations have been positively impacted by her work and she is the founder of Life Matters Empowerment and Outreach Services LLC, an organization focused on holistic approaches to healing and restoration. Lindsay is fiercely dedicated to providing trauma informed, quality care by uplifting and empowering communities through sound bath therapy.
