Sound bowl meditation session

Enjoy a full body immersive experience in a series of sounds introduced from a variety of overtone playing instruments, tuning forks, chimes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Sally will introduce some new instruments picked up during her recent travels to nuruture the ears, mind and body. This will be a total sound bath session with a focus on personal process work via the effects of the sounds on the body.

Meditation mats and pillows are provided. Bring a blanket and bottle of water and arrive a few minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle in.
