Immerse yourself in deep relaxation with a special Yin Yoga class enhanced by the healing vibrations of sound bowl meditation. Rooted in the Taoist concept of yin and yang—opposing yet complementary forces in nature—Yin Yoga is a passive, meditative practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues. By holding poses for 3-5 minutes, we allow the body to release tension, increase flexibility, and restore energetic balance.

As you settle into each posture, the resonant tones of bronze singing bowls will guide you into profound states of rest.
